REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Aarti Fabrics does not offer exchange or refund
ORDERS ONCE PLACED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Owing to the nature of the trade, once a fabric has been cut out and delivered it cannot be returned to us as it’s been cut per your individual requirement and order quantity, which varies from order to order.

It takes approximately 3 – 5 business days to dispatch your order. 
When the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation mail with tracking details. In case the order needs customisation, additional days will be required for delivery.
Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight/transportation delays, political disruptions and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

Colour, Description & Product Disclaimer
Product specifications are approximate in value. Slight variation in colour is possible from how it appears on our website. A customer must place an order keeping in mind that there is a minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the fabric received. Please note no returns shall be accepted because of colour and description discrepancy.
Delivery
We will try to deliver all orders received, however if you are not at home, the courier company will contact you at the time of delivery and with your consent, the parcel will either be delivered to a Neighbour, or returned back to the depot. It is your responsibility to collect it or arrange re-delivery at your cost.
If a parcel is returned as undelivered we will not offer any refund. If you still require the parcel to be resent a further shipping charge is payable by you.
But we will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes, custom clearances, transport problems, for delays caused by acts or omissions of your details or other regulatory agencies.
